Johnson Controls is seeking a Digital Sign Specialist to manage and maintain content across its global internal TV network. The role collaborates with Global Marketing to ensure timely, on‑brand communications and uses Navori software to schedule and publish content.
You will adapt graphics and video for signage, monitor schedules, and keep assets organized while supporting other digital media projects as needed.
The Digital Sign Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining digital signage content across Silent‑Aire’s global network of internal TVs and digital displays. Working closely with the Global Marketing team, this role helps ensure employees around the world receive timely, engaging, accurate, and on‑brand communications. The successful candidate will use Navori digital signage software to schedule, publish, and maintain content across multiple locations. This position will also collaborate with members of the Marketing and Communications team to develop and adapt visual and video content for digital displays.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. They have an eye for visual quality and understand that effective internal communications need to be both engaging and easy to understand. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining creative content, technology, and communications and wants to play a role in connecting Silent‑Aire employees across its global operations.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,000-96,000 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) All hiring decisions are ultimately made by human reviewers.
