A career in our Emerging Solutions Analytics practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we focus on establishing the right controls, processes, and structures to ensure verdicts are based on accurate information and that information provided to third parties is complete, trustworthy, and accurate.

Our team helps business leaders develop into data-driven organizations that adopt a comprehensive evidence-based strategy, combined with execution support to deliver results. You’ll focus on finding value and enabling sustainable information performance through data, tools, analytics, complex modeling, data visualization, simulation, economics, optimization, information management, business intelligence, and industry expertise.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Digital Risk Solutions Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Work on large-scale technology transformation projects, including end-to-end ERP transformations and emerging/disruptive technologies.
2. Provide risk advisory services in key technology areas such as SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce, with a focus on:

• Risk identification and control integration in ERP implementations
• IT and business process controls audit/review during ERP implementations
• Implementation support including project management and governance
• Risk management and assurance over large technology transformation initiatives
• Design and implementation of ERP security and controls
• Assessment and implementation of ERP GRC technologies

Additional responsibilities include developing risk and assurance strategies, leading business development efforts, coaching team members, analyzing complex ideas, addressing sub-standard work, and using data insights for decision-making.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Strong expertise in controls integration, security design, and GRC related to large ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce)
• Experience with emerging technologies like blockchain, RPA, and AI is preferred
• Experience in areas such as IT audits, data conversions, control audits under CPA standards, and data analytics
• Relevant industry experience in consulting, assurance, or related roles
• Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance; Level 2 clearance is an asset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CRISC, CISM, CISA)
• Management or technology consulting experience is highly preferred
• ERP vendor certifications are an asset
