Healthy Planet is seeking an experienced Sports Advisor to support sales and operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services while processing sales efficiently. This role is ideal for a team player with a strong background in holistic health, nutrition, health and wellness, customer service, and a passion for an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

1. Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and provide exceptional service.
2. Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
3. Collaborate effectively in a team environment and utilize available resources to meet store expectations.
4. Provide customers with relevant information, products, and guidance regarding their natural health needs.
5. Replenish and organize merchandise on displays.
6. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of sport supplements.
8. Process transactions via POS system.
9. Follow all company rules, policies, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of natural health, including sports supplements and nutrition.
2. 1-2 years of experience with health products is an asset.
3. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of nutrition trends and health optimization.
5. Understanding of customer and market dynamics.
6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
