Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Digital Operations, Senior Associate to translate planning and readiness questions into analytical outputs that guide decision‑making. You will collaborate with Managers and senior team members to deliver rigorous analyses and clear insights for operational decisions.

In this role you will build quantitative analyses for supply chain and planning challenges, applying analytical techniques under uncertainty.

Qualifications

• Degree in operations, industrial/systems engineering, computer science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience applying quantitative or analytical techniques to operations, supply chain, or planning problems in defense, manufacturing, or other asset‑intensive industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to data quality and assumptions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, system integration concepts, data architecture, and digital workflow enablement is an asset.
• Candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Support structuring of operational, logistics, and planning challenges as analytical problems under uncertainty.
• Build and support quantitative analyses including Supply chain network and flow analysis, Inventory planning under uncertainty, Capacity, throughput, and bottleneck analysis, Scenario and probabilistic analysis using simulation
• Develop and maintain analytics code, models, and supporting documentation.
• Work collaboratively within project teams to deliver high‑quality analytical outputs.
