Responsibilities :
- Build and execute multi-channel digital strategies aligned with business growth goals.
- Drive full-funnel marketing-from lead generation to conversion, retention, and reactivation.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Performance Marketing & SEOPlan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and refine SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
- Implement A / B and multivariate testing across campaigns and landing pages.
Content Marketing & Brand Presence :
- Develop content strategy and calendar planning for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Ensure high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Data Analytics & Optimization :
- Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, CPA, traffic, keyword rankings, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor web performance, analyze conversion funnels, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Recommend tools and process improvements for better campaign efficiency and ROI tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
- Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools for streamlined operations.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
Experience :
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage, or startup environments is a big plus.
Tools & Technical Skills :
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards).
- Proven experience with marketing automation (Hubspot, SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense), CRM, and experimentation frameworks and understanding of capturing and actioning intent data.
- Deep knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and content distribution.
Soft Skills :
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and rallying cross-functional teams.
- Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial thinker, willing to take calculated risks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments, with an innate ability to adapt and pivot.
