- Participate and assist in new client pitches
- Manage relationships directly with clients
- Create, define and manage various elements of a client’s direct marketing strategy
- Develop strategies and processes directly linked with DM Campaigns
- Discuss the client’s core message and target audience
- Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
- Set up, track, analyze, and report website analytics and PPC campaigns in accordance with client goals
- Participate in client calls during campaign kick-off and as necessary thereafter
- Document all processes and create SOPs for each project
- Recommend solutions and tools for best practices, efficiencies, and project roll-out for RC Design business
- Assist with scoping relevant project requirements
- Brainstorm and develop concepts for advertising campaigns
- Define target audiences and create user personas
- Analyze client websites for improvements and optimization opportunities
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable keywords
- Write and optimize SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media (titles, meta descriptions, H1s, alt tags, etc.)
- Create and post social media content as required
- Write compelling calls-to-action to increase conversions
- Populate websites and content with effective keywords
- Develop and implement link-building strategies
- Analyze competitors' keywords and SEO techniques
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and recommend website architecture improvements
- Write clear, effective, relevant, concise, and grammatically correct copy for various platforms and media
Understand and deliver copy that reflects different language styles for various target markets
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of keyword/keyphrase strategies
