Marketing Manager towho willdrive performance and retention.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is astrategy-meets-hands-dirtytype of role. We’re looking for a

digital dynamo to lead our e-commerce growth and scale our online presence

across Shopify, Amazon, and the magical world of paid and organic media. You’ll

build and execute performance marketing campaigns, obsess over metrics like CAC

and LTV, fine-tune our retention funnels, and basically become the engine that

drives our subscriber growth. You’ll also work closelywith the

co-foundersto make sure the brand feels cohesive, gutsy, and unmistakably

us—everywhere we show up online.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

·Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube

·Own budget, A/B testing, creative input, and performance tracking to grow efficiently

E-Commerce & Subscription Growth

·Optimize conversions and AOV on Shopify and Amazon

·Lead retention through email/SMS flows (Klaviyo), offers, and seamless UX

Analytics & Optimization

·Own key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn), plus actionable reporting

·Run landing page and funnel experiments to improve performance

MUST-HAVES

• You live in (or can commute to) Squamish for in-person team collabs regulary.
• Have 3+ years of experience growing DTC brands with a mix of paid ads, email, and CRO magic.
• Speak fluentMeta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and GA4.
• Understand thatacquisition is only half the game—you think about LTV, retention, churn, and loyalty just as much as top-of-funnel traffic.
• Haverun A/B tests that moved the needle.
• Get whysubscription models workand know how to scale them.
• Can break down analytics and performance reports and communicate them back to the co-founders.
• Are constantly curious—what’s trending in e-com? What’s new with Shopify? What’s the next ad hack no one’s using yet?
• Don’t mind pitching in outside your lane. We’re a growing team and sometimes that means wearing three hats... before lunch.

NICE TO HAVES

·Experience in wellness, supplements, food, or gut health categories.

·A knack for TikTok trends, YouTube ads, Pinterest inspo, or recipe SEO.

·You've scaled subscriptions before and have lived to tell the tale.
