We are looking for a Digital Marketer who has a strong background in digital paid and performance media, web, SEO/SEM, influencers, partnerships, email, analytics, lead generation and online advertising to optimize conversion and ROAS. This role will work cross functionally as a digital marketing expert, partnering with Brand, Sales, and Corporate Communications. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in channel marketing and relationship building.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, execute, and optimize strategic digital and eCommerce campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
  • Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns (including paid media, eCommerce, SEO/SEM, influencers, partnerships, email campaigns, events, webinars and more)
  • Work cross functionally and with multiple digital agency partners to assist with building comprehensive media campaigns from start to finish
  • Own and manage the annual media marketing budget
  • Oversee marketing budget planning and execution, including simulation modeling and COI (Cost of Investment) performance reviews to ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Lead regular reporting on marketing performance and budget utilization to support strategic decision-making
  • Utilize reporting tools including GA4 and Google Analytics to monitor and analyze LG.com web traffic and sales metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Make recommendations based on results of campaigns, marketing and industry trends and communicate your findings to a variety of stakeholders
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist with merchandising LG.com from PDP creation to monitoring and updating banners as required
  • Manage third party content syndication, third party review and pricing programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and HQ to create landing pages and optimize user experience on LG.ca
  • Build compelling presentations to present media plans and results to senior team.
  • Work with our key partners & retailers on digital trade marketing efforts helping LG grow share and drive conversion
  • Serve as digital advisor by educating the organization on digital marketing best practices and trends and helping to evangelize digital marketing throughout the corporation
  • Emerging technologies: provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Additional duties as required

KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, with specialty in Digital Marketing, or other relevant discipline
  • Additional certifications in Marketing or Digital an asset
  • 5+ years’ relevant work experience within digital media agency, manufacturer, or retail firm
  • Digital trade marketing experience with big box and specialty retailer
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Home Appliance industry is an asset
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy to ensure creative resonates with consumers across media tactics
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, project management, detail oriented, comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive use of Microsoft suite of productivity software.
  • Expertise and proven track record of defining digital strategies and implementing them to drive business goals.
  • Ability to contribute to areas of conceptual and practical business management as well as technical solutions for business.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
