We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of the Toronto market and a proven track record in managing social media campaigns, especially on platforms like TikTok and Xiaohongshu. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can create innovative strategies to engage diverse audiences. This is a full time, permanent position working 100% onsite at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

How you will contribute :

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Toronto market, with a focus on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
• Oversee paid social campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Manage localized digital advertising initiatives and align them with broader marketing objectives.
• Monitor trends in social media, audience behavior, and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.

What you bring to the table :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Toronto's market and cultural landscape.
• Proven expertise in managing campaigns on TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to drive data-based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with SEO / SEM is a plus.

Office Location and Working Hours : Leslie Street Office, Mon to Fri 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm.
