Lead the Digital Future of Durabuilt Windows & Doors

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create, own and execute the digital marketing strategy for Durabuilt Windows & Doors and our group of companies. This role is pivotal to Durabuilt’s long-term goal of doubling our business. About the Role

This position focuses on lead generation, digital brand development, and enhancing the customer experience. We need someone who understands multiple audiences and can create tailored strategies to reach and engage them effectively across different channels.

We seek a strong executor with an advanced track record in end-to-end lead generation, including paid advertising, high-converting landing pages, digital analytics, and optimization strategies. The role requires a data-driven marketer who can connect lead generation efforts to business growth goals and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Own the Digital Strategy – Build and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with growth objectives across multiple channels. Propose annual budget allocations for each channel.
  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – Design and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to generate high-quality leads at scale.
  • Website & Landing Page Optimization – Design, test, and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions using data-driven CRO tactics.
  • SEO & Organic Growth – Manage advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content marketing, and backlink building to increase organic leads.
  • Customer-Centric Digital Engagement – Develop segment-specific engagement strategies for builders, homeowners, dealers, and commercial partners.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights – Provide biweekly performance reports with campaign analysis, attribution, and ROI to inform strategy adjustments.
  • AI & Marketing Technology – Implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
  • CRM & Lead Management – Oversee lead tracking and nurturing within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless marketing-to-sales pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with executives, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline growth and revenue goals.
  • Asset Development & Optimization – Lead creation and refinement of digital assets and ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.
Accountabilities
  • Full Ownership of Digital Strategy Execution – Responsible for delivering measurable leads, revenue attribution, and high-converting digital experiences; strategy decisions are owned and refined internally.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze performance data regularly, extract insights, and reallocate budgets effectively.
  • Testing & Optimization – Conduct A/B testing, refine ad copy, and scale successful tactics promptly.
  • Cost Efficiency & ROI – Maximize marketing spend efficiency and ROI across channels.
  • Buyer’s Digital Journey – Map and optimize every touchpoint in the digital sales funnel to improve customer experience and conversions.
  • CRM & Sales Funnel Integration – Ensure accurate lead tracking, nurturing, and handoff to sales, demonstrating pipeline contribution.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy – Develop, launch, and scale strategies across channels, targeting varied audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-ROI paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, CRO, analytics, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), proficiency in Google Analytics 4, attribution modeling, and AI marketing tools.
  • Track record of driving measurable business growth through digital marketing.
  • Strong execution skills to develop and implement impactful strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with aggressive lead targets.
