Wisevu Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our fully remote digital marketing team. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring success through proactive account management and clear communication.

You will onboard new clients, develop data-driven marketing strategies, and oversee projects from kickoff to completion. Manage campaigns across SEO, PPC, content, and website builds, while reporting performance to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client service or account management role in digital marketing/advertising.
• At least C1 English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
• Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, UI/UX and email marketing.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Responsibilities

Wisevu™ is a fully remote team of 25+ specialists. You'll work on exciting client accounts in major markets like NYC, Toronto, and Spain—implementing cutting‑edge strategies that drive real impact.

We're looking for a passionate and talented Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. You'll be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their success through effective communication and proactive account management.

What Will You Do?

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with assigned clients. Be the primary point of contact, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the client and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data‑driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Project Management: Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to Wisevu's high standards.
• Campaign Management: Work closely with the internal team to manage and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, website builds, content, etc.)
• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly communicate campaign performance to clients through insightful reports and presentations, identifying trends and optimizing strategies.
• Upselling & New Client Acquisition: Upselling existing clients, as well as being involved in acquiring new clients.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend the most effective solutions for clients.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in a client service or account management role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• At least C1‑level (advanced) English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX and email marketing.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Working Hours:

• Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am‑5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
