Digital Marketer - Media Buying and Analytics

Media Buying and Analytics is a proactive, detail-oriented marketer responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution. This role combines hands-on activation with strategic insight. You will leverage data from all platforms (digital and physical) and CRM tools to drive measurable growth in engagement and inbound demand. With strong organizational instincts and a keen eye for optimization, you will support continuous improvement across campaigns and elevate overall marketing performance. This role requires multitasking, metric analysis, and results-driven execution.

What you’ll do:

  1. Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs such as impressions, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs across channels to optimize performance.
  2. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Keyword Planner to monitor campaigns and generate insights for improvement.
  3. Omnichannel Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and LinkedIn Ads.
  4. Social Media Management: Coordinate and schedule content using Zoho Social, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  5. Trend & Market Intelligence: Identify emerging industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive strategies to inform campaign and content strategies.
  6. CRM Integration & Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with teams using Salesforce CRM to align lead generation efforts and enhance customer journey mapping.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver reports and briefings to internal and external stakeholders to align goals and demonstrate ROI.
  8. Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated on digital marketing innovations, platform updates, and best practices through ongoing education and industry engagement.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent.
  • Google Ads certification or extensive experience with Google Analytics. Please submit proof of certification or expertise with your resume.
