Job summary

Autism Ontario is seeking a Digital Design Specialist to lead the creation and refinement of educational content across English and French, ensuring accessibility and consistent branding. The role partners with instructional designers and staff to craft engaging resources for learners, professionals, and caregivers.

The position offers a hybrid work model with 37.5 hours per week and a one-year contract, reporting to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of digital and graphic design experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and layout of educational content in English and French.
• Analyze engagement data and learner feedback to improve resources.
• Ensure content aligns with brand, accessibility, and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Digital Media Producers to produce resources and assets.
• Develop interactive learning materials and visual tools to enhance engagement.
