What You’ll Be Doing

Simplii Financial is a modern, customer-first organization, and our Digital Expansion team is at the centre of how that commitment comes to life. As a Digital Expansion Analyst, you’ll contribute to the execution and optimization of personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns and client journeys across web, online banking, and mobile channels. You’ll work hands-on with Braze and Adobe Target to deliver contextual acquisition and engagement experiences that drive measurable results. You’ll analyse campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and Tableau, identify insights that strengthen future execution, and support the ongoing evolution of our marketing technology roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Marketing Communications partners to ensure every campaign is well executed, aligned to our brand, and connected to a clear business outcome.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Campaign execution and journey delivery - Contribute to the design, build, and delivery of personalized client journeys and digital marketing campaigns using Braze and Adobe Target. Create experiences that are contextual, data-informed, and optimised to support acquisition and engagement across Simplii’s digital channels.
  • Marketing technology execution - Build your expertise across our marketing technology stack, including Braze, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Audience Manager. Use these platforms to execute campaign logic, configure audience segments, and support the implementation of new capabilities.
  • Performance analysis and insights - Analyse campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and Tableau. Develop clear reports and dashboards that highlight results, identify opportunities, and inform recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Cross-functional partnership - Work closely with Product, Growth, Analytics, Optimisation, and Marketing Communications partners to align campaigns to product goals, client needs, and business priorities. Build strong working relationships and communicate clearly to support effective delivery across teams.
  • Continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to strengthen client journeys and retargeting efforts through ongoing testing, learning, and optimisation. Document best practices and share insights that help the broader team improve over time.
Who You Are
  • You have relevant experience. You bring 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, campaign execution, or a related field. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Audience Manager is an asset.
  • You're customer focused. You understand that every campaign, journey, and communication reaches a real person making real financial decisions. You bring that perspective to your work and speak up when the client experience can be improved.
  • You're analytically curious. You enjoy interpreting campaign performance data, identifying patterns, and turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You let evidence guide your thinking and decision-making.
  • You're a strong executor. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and are organised, detail oriented, and dependable. Your team can count on you to deliver campaigns accurately and on time.
  • You're digitally savvy and collaborative. You're motivated by evolving digital tools and marketing technology, and you adapt quickly as platforms and priorities change. You work well across disciplines, communicate proactively, and contribute to a team environment built on trust and follow-through.
  • Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work, and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
