Job summary

Evismart is rebuilding its dentist-facing CAD support team in Vancouver. You will be the direct point of contact for dentists, ensuring cases are well-designed and clinically viable while guiding practices to maximize platform value.

Role focuses on clinical conversation, case quality assessment, and advocating for product improvements. On-site hours with standard business expectations, flexible for occasional early/late calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing digital cases (3Shape and/or exocad).
• Experience consulting with dentists on cases and explaining design choices clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clinicians and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Talk to dentists and provide proactive follow-up after case submissions.
• Review case quality and architecture; advise on how to improve outcomes.
• Grow existing accounts by helping practices submit more and better cases.
• Feed the product by relaying dentist feedback to marketing, engineering and product teams.
• Identify customers who could become key opinion leaders for the business.
