Base pay range

CA$20.00/hr - CA$21.00/hr

Professional Technical Recruiter at Insight Global

Role: Digital Customer Support

Shifts: Regular daytime shifts and afternoon-evening shifts, plus weekends.

Location: FULLY REMOTE

Rate: $20-21/HR.

Start: Must be able to start March 12th

Required Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and customer service experience through email
  • Has their own laptop and designated workspace at home
  • An affinity for technology, experience with ticketing systems and MS Office
  • Holds a University degree
  • Must be able to work 1 weekend day and overtime if needed
Plusses:
  • Preference for bilingual (English/French) written and verbal
  • Experience with loyalty programs and apps
