Job description

Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

The Digital Coordinator contributes to the coordination of the media buying process and is essential to the day-to-day management of client and business activities through the MBP process, buy maintenance, and performance management. The individual in this role must work well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. A Digital Coordinator is resourceful and demonstrates initiative to participate in advanced projects.

Accountabilities:

  1. Assist in developing digital media presentations and tactical POVs.
  2. Ensure key information is provided to media operations and planning teams throughout campaign activation and maintenance.
  3. Support strong working relationships with vendors to achieve campaign objectives and fulfill client goals.
  4. Support negotiation processes for media buy activations – Video, Display, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  5. Collaborate with Traffic Launch and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure flawless implementation of digital media plans and troubleshoot tracking issues.
  6. Work with creative agencies to understand available creative assets and custom placements.
  7. Conduct research on media measurements – Audience, Ratings, etc.
  8. Assist the media operations team with client financials: budget reconciliation and management.
  9. Contribute to strategizing ways to improve and optimize campaign performance to meet client KPIs.
  10. Assist with client reporting that is clear, compelling, and persuasive.

Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Strong to advanced MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  5. Aptitude for managing priorities and multiple deliverables.
  6. Ability to organize ideas and present information logically and sequentially.
  7. Knowledge of digital media tools is a strong asset.

Additional information

The salary range for this position is $40k-$45k. The actual salary will depend on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and others for all permanent employees.
