Job description

Our scope includes recommending effective content use, optimizing daily media channel performance, and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

The Digital Coordinator contributes to the media buying process and is essential for the day-to-day management of client and business activities through the MBP process, buy maintenance, and performance tracking. The role requires working well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. A Digital Coordinator demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative, participating in advanced projects.

Accountabilities:

  1. Assist in developing digital media presentations and tactical POVs.
  2. Ensure key information is communicated to media operations and planning teams during campaign activation and maintenance.
  3. Support strong vendor relationships to achieve campaign objectives and fulfill client goals.
  4. Participate in negotiations for media buy activations – Video, Display, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  5. Collaborate with Traffic Launch and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure flawless digital media plan implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues.
  6. Work with creative agencies to understand available assets and custom placements.
  7. Conduct research on media measurements – Audience, Ratings, etc.
  8. Assist with client financials, including budget reconciliation and management.
  9. Contribute to strategies for improving and optimizing campaign performance to meet KPIs.
  10. Prepare client reporting that is clear, compelling, and persuasive.

Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Strong to advanced MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Outlook, PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  5. Effective priority management for multiple deliverables.
  6. Organizational skills to present information logically and sequentially.
  7. Knowledge of digital media tools is a strong asset.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $40k-$45k. Actual salary will depend on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more for all permanent employees.
