Digital Content Specialist (Hybrid)

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Digital Content Specialist to help execute the strategic communications vision of Human Capital Management & Corporate Services (HCMCS) alongside Firmwide partners.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Lead integrated communications campaigns in support of strategic business/function objectives.
  • Oversee and distribute content for various formats (e.g., memos, video, intranet).
  • Implement and help integrate new comms tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Oversee reports (metrics, analytics, and communication presentations) for internal use; present as needed to leadership and other constituent groups.
  • Cultivate internal relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience (preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, digital content, or related field within a global, complex organization).
  • Experience producing and managing digital content.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and digital graphics production.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable copy-editing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and enthusiasm for collaboration.
  • Understanding of graphic design.

All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
