Job summary

Qualifications

• Internship in marketing/communications field; agency experience is an asset.
• General understanding of the marketing/communications landscape.
• Interest in digital content and how it works across channels.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow.
• Attention to detail with error-free written materials.
• Strong project management and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to listen, document proceedings, and support ongoing dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, organizes, attends and participates in weekly team/client status meetings.
• Writes status reports, emails, and other communications clearly and concisely.
• Organizes contact reports and action items; packages into deliverables for clients.
• Maintains project timelines and client status trackers.
• Supports smooth invoicing, SOWs, estimates, vendor setup, and freelancers.
• Coordinates content development and publishing across formats and platforms.
• Assists with briefs, rounds of feedback, and approval tracking.
• Supports research for presentations, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
