Position Summary
Samsung.com is expanding its experimentation and insights team. We need a data-driven analyst to run A/B tests, ensure data quality, and provide behavioral insights that drive revenue across divisions like Mobile & Wearables, Home Entertainment, Digital Appliances, and B2B.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Insider, including hypothesis development, audience segmentation, and result presentation.
- Analyze datasets from GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CDP to identify behavioral insights and optimize performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, automating data pipelines and defining metrics for stakeholders.
- Manage Google Tag Manager configurations, including event creation, e-commerce tracking, and QA processes.
- Define and document the GA4 data layer to support analytics and testing, ensuring privacy compliance and scalability.
- Collaborate with UX, Merchandising, Development, and Legal teams to incorporate experimentation and tagging in releases.
- Promote data quality and governance through validation and stakeholder education.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or experimentation, especially for high-traffic e-commerce sites.
- Experience with A/B testing tools like Adobe Target or Insider.
- Proficiency with GA4 and Adobe Analytics, including advanced features.
- Experience managing data layers for GA4.
- Strong SQL/BigQuery and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Dashboard development experience in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of GTM, debugging tools, and browser/network tools.
- Ability to explain statistical concepts and craft narratives for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with server-side testing, Adobe Launch, or Tealium iQ.
- Basic front-end troubleshooting skills with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media attribution, or product recommendation engines.
- Experience in consumer electronics or retail e-commerce.
