Job description

Are you passionate about digital advertising and looking to drive business growth through innovative sales strategies? We're seeking a motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team.

In this role, you'll be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Prospecting and pitching new SMB advertisers using consultative selling techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus.

We offer a competitive base pay rate of $24 CAD / hour, plus commission opportunities. Additionally, we provide certification support to help you succeed in your role.

This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The gig requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, with flexibility to work more hours if desired.

Performance Metrics

  • Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month.
  • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience, no active contracts with competing gigs, and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. This is an outbound sales role that requires consultative selling skills and the ability to source new leads.
