Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Dietary Worker to support patients by phone and through software systems. You will coordinate with the Food & Nutrition team to ensure accurate meal orders and patient nutrition while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or call center experience, fluent English, and comfort with technology. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Comfort with using web-based software and telephony tools.
• Typing speed of 35–45 wpm or more.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take patient meal orders; direct calls as needed.
• Record patient orders using software; maintain accuracy for dietary needs.
• Work with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition teams to ensure correct nutrition.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to ARAMARK policies and regulatory requirements.
