Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is hiring an entry-level Diesel Technician in Edmonton for a Monday–Friday shift, 3:15PM–11:45PM. The role trains on routine maintenance, minor repairs, and supports lead technicians while learning industry-leading tools and technology.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years practical experience with vehicle or truck repair preferred.
• Must be enrolled in an apprentice program and maintain relevant registrations.
• Basic hand tool proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Remove, replace or adjust brakes, fifth wheel and minor electrical components under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles as trained.
• Assist with major component repair under supervision and follow directions from lead technicians.
• Handle customer service duties as needed.
• Assist with pickup and delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Use hand and power tools to service equipment.
• Assist with routine maintenance and brake adjustments.

Skills

Vehicle repair experience
