Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking entry-level diesel technicians to support vehicle maintenance and learn under experienced supervisors. This role involves assisting with repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine tasks in a modern shop environment.

Qualifications

• Requires some mechanical or vehicle maintenance experience or interest.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational certification preferred.
• Must be enrolled in an apprentice program and eligible for related government registrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with brakes, fifth wheel and minor electrical repairs under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles as trained.
• Assist more senior technicians with major component removal and replacement.
• Support customer service duties and vehicle pick-up/delivery as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper use of tools and equipment.
