Job summary

SJHH St. Joseph's Health Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Hemodialysis program at King Campus. The RN will provide patient-centered and evidence-informed care, collaborate with the inter-professional team, and assume leadership in delivering care to high acuity patients.

The successful candidate must be licensed by the College of Nurses of Ontario, with dialysis experience being an asset; strong teamwork and reliability are essential qualities for this role.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario is required.
• C Neph Certification is an asset.
• Two years of medical/surgical nursing experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered and evidence-informed care in the hemodialysis program.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team and assume leadership in care delivery.
• Cover maternity/medical leaves and other long/short term needs as assigned.
