The successful candidate will manage a territory of diagnostic customers, with a strong emphasis on delivering best‑in‑class in‑clinic lab installations and actively promoting utilization in alignment with clinical guidelines. Key responsibilities include enhancing the post‑sale customer experience, overseeing the installation, set‑up, and connectivity of diagnostic devices and online platforms, providing technical support, and facilitating customer on‑boarding. Additionally, the candidate will conduct cyclical customer touchpoints to provide comprehensive clinic training and education on the usage, maintenance, and clinical benefits of our diagnostic solutions to ensure optimal in‑clinic application. This is a 12‑month contract position, covering the Greater Vancouver Area and Islands, and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area.
