Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Toronto is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and operate scalable cloud pipelines.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deploy and monitor applications on OpenShift and AKS, manage containers with Docker/Kubernetes, and implement secure, automated release processes. The role requires hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible, and monitoring with Dynatrace and Kibana, along with PostgreSQL/SQL

Qualifications

• Experience deploying to OpenShift and Azure AKS.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, deployments, services, and HPA.
• Exposure to DevSecOps tools such as Aqua, Snyk, etc.
• Experience with Git-based pipelines and release processes.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible is a plus.
• Exposure to monitoring with Dynatrace and Kibana.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Role Name: DevOps Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite

Job description:

• Experience managing and deploying applications to openshift, azure AKS
• Strong knowledge on docker, kubernetes and how components such as deployments, services, HPA etc. work
• Exposure to DevSecOps tools such as aqua scan, snyk etc
• Experience working with DevOps pipelines (github actions,Maven, angular)
• Experience with code-merging and branching methodologies using git and code release process
• Good to have exposure on Iac tools such as terraform, ansible
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, kibana
• Exposure to databases such as postgres, sql server
