  • Provide DevTools and CI/CD pipeline support to development and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and release management teams.
  • Maintain operational documentation, knowledge repositories, and onboarding materials.
  • Support monitoring, patching, certificate renewals, and platform maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot cloud virtual machines across OpenStack, Cloudify, AWS, Azure, Bluemix, and Google Cloud.
  • Support cloud infrastructure provisioning automation and scripting.

Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time DevOps Support professional with strong experience in application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, production support, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will support development and operations teams while driving reliability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
  • Strong DevOps and production support experience
  • Hands-on CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience
  • Strong Bash, Python, PowerShell, and YAML scripting skills
  • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments
  • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
  • Experience with OpenStack and Cloudify is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience supporting production deployments and releases
