Job summary

Our client, a Top 5 Canadian investment bank, is building an Enterprise Engineering & AI Platform. Caspian One partners to assemble a DevSecOps Engineer to enable AI, automation, and cloud-native practices across the organisation.

The role centers on deploying automation, release governance, and engineering productivity within a regulated enterprise environment, with emphasis on CI/CD and security in pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps automation and deployment engineering.
• Experience with source control and release management.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop deployment automation and release orchestration processes.
• Create and maintain GitHub Actions workflows.
• Implement security scanning, policy validation, and quality gates within deployment pipelines.
• Support source control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Monitor deployments and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
• Create operational runbooks and deployment documentation.
• Support broader DevSecOps governance and engineering best practices.

Overview

Our client, is building a new Enterprise Engineering & AI Platform capability focused on enabling

the future adoption of AI, automation, Power Platform solutions, and cloud-native engineering

practices across the organisation. This team will create the engineering foundations, tooling,

governance, and delivery frameworks that will support enterprise-wide innovation initiatives.

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining the CI/CD

ecosystem that supports platform engineering, AI solutions, automation initiatives, and Power

Platform development. This is primarily a DevOps-focused position centred around deployment

automation, release governance, and engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop deployment automation and release orchestration processes.
• Create and maintain GitHub Actions workflows.
