Equisoft, a global digital solutions provider for insurance and investments, is hiring a Senior DevOps Specialist (Azure Cloud) for a hybrid role across Canada and Colombia. The team builds scalable SaaS products, automates deployments, and ensures secure, reliable operations across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on DevOps with strong Azure experience.
• Proven ability to build/maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and module design.
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers, Git, Docker, scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking and security.
• Experience with monitoring/observability in Azure (Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics).
• On-call rotation for L3 production incidents and RCA contribution.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
