Job summary

The Development Engineering Project Coordinator at City of Vaughan plays a key role in preparing and coordinating development and subdivision servicing agreements, and in reviewing municipal engineering designs for compliance with standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering related field as stated.
• Experience in municipal servicing engineering and project management.
• Certification path toward P.Eng is expected or pursued.
• Proficiency with engineering software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate development and subdivision servicing agreements.
• Review municipal engineering designs to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee work activities of assigned technical staff.
• Assist in administration, negotiation and execution of development agreements.
