Intact Financial Corporation invites applications for a DevOps Intern role in Montreal. You will contribute to designing IT solutions, analyze business processes, and participate in transformative projects as part of a growing IT team.
The internship is full-time (35 hours/week) during the Winter Term, with mentorship and opportunities to learn continuous delivery practices, CI/CD, and automated testing. Bilingual English/French is required in Quebec roles.

Troubleshootsandresolveslowtomoderatedefects,contributing toremediationplans.
Assistindevelopingrequirementsandprovidesdesignrecommendations
Participatesin thediscoveryphase ofprojectstocreatehigh-leveldesigns.
Assists inautomatingdeploymentof solutions as code.
Technical skillsrequired: Java,Groovy/Gradle, Jenkins, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker
Learn and apply best practices including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Work with the guidance of a dedicated mentor (Success Partner)
Technical Skills Back-end developer: Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Python, REST & SOAP APIs, Jenkins, Git/GitHub
Currentlypursuingauniversitydegreein software engineering, computer science, or arelatedfield.
Understand the software development lifecycle and be curious about continuous delivery pipelines andtesting;
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solvingskills;
Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuouslearning;
Excellent communication skills with a passion fortechnology;
Self-reliant witha strong senseofresponsibility;
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter Term from January 5th to April 23rd ;
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Summer or Fall 2027 following yourinternship;
Be bilingual for all Quebec roles (English and French). Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
