Job summary

COFOMO, a leading Canadian IT consultancy, seeks a Senior DevOps/Cloud Automation expert in Montreal. You will automate deployment of mobility solutions, and drive design, implementation, and integration projects with a focus on scalable, secure infrastructure.

You will lead cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and engage with senior management to define strategic IT directions while ensuring high-performance operations across 24/7 environments.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of IT experience as a developer, with 8+ years in DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer engineering.
• Experience deploying robust solutions on major cloud providers (Azure, GCP or AWS).
• Master Kubernetes solution delivery and cloud networking.
• Proficiency with IaC using Terraform and CI/CD automation (GitHub, Argo CD, GitOps, SonarQube).
• Expertise in API gateway services (Apigee, Traefik, Kong).
• Strong C# and Java programming experience; familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases and caching; SaaS integration concepts.

Responsibilities
