Job summary

Performance Kia Mayfield is seeking a dedicated detailing professional to deliver high‑quality auto detailing services at our Ontario location. You will perform washing, waxing, buffing, and interior/exterior cleaning to meet company standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year of detailing experience and a valid Ontario driver’s license. The role is full‑time with a competitive hourly wage, within a collaborative, fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing to exceed customer expectations.

• Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to company standards.
• Clean windows and consider tinting products when present.

Here’s What You’ll Deliver

• Perform detailing services that exceed customer’s needs.
• Adhere to processes and procedures while administering professional cleaning chemicals to surfaces.
• Advanced ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles as required.
• Execute the washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles to company standards.
• Clean vehicle windows inside and out, while considering the proper cleaning products when tinting agents have been applied to windows.
• Initiate visual inspections of the interior and exterior of the vehicle once all tasks are completed to ensure that the product meets customer and company standards.
• Organize cleaning tools and equipment to maintain a clean work station.
• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.

What You Need To Succeed

• Minimum 1 year of automotive detailer experience is required.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment while providing a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Experience in detailing vehicles using professional cleaning chemicals.
• Experienced in all aspects of vehicle reconditioning.
• Experience in buffing vehicles.
• Ability to utilize power tools while maintaining safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
