Performance Auto Group is seeking a Detailer in Canada to prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, detail interiors and exteriors, and apply protective coatings. The ideal candidate has at least one year of automotive detailing experience, strong attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Applicants must hold a valid Ontario driver’s license and wear non-skid shoes. The role includes responsibilities such as rustproofing, paint protection, and assisting with rental

Qualifications

• One year automotive detailer experience is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills are expected.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Candidate must be team oriented and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Non-skid/safety shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Detail the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
• Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection and fabric protection.
• Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required.
• Maintain detailing equipment.
• Organize and prepare rental vehicles.
• Treat every vehicle as if it were your own.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Here's what you'll deliver:

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum one year automotive detailer experience.
• Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail
• Team oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude.
• A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must have non-skid/safety shoes.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $19.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
