Job summary

Performance Collision Brampton, part of Performance Auto Group, is hiring a Flat Rate Detailer to join our high-volume shop today. You will detail interiors and exteriors, perform rustproofing and protective coatings, and ensure vehicles are customer-ready to exacting standards.

We value a minimum of one year of detailing experience, strong customer service, and a sharp eye for detail. A valid Ontario driver’s license and non-skid safety shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, interior and exterior detailing.
• Detail the interior and exterior of inventory and sold vehicles.
• Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint and fabric protection.
• Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required.
• Maintain detailing equipment and organize rental vehicles.
• Support the Detail Operations Manager and follow direction.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Detail the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
• Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection and fabric protection.
• Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required.
• Maintain the detailing equipment.
• Organize and prepare rental vehicles.
• Treat every vehicle as if it were your own.
• Other duties as assigned by the Detail Operations Manager.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum one year automotive detailer experience.
• Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail
• Team oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude.
• A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must have a non-skid/safety shoes.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected flat hourly rate): $21.00 per hour

Expected annual earnings: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on historical earnings at this location and typical productivity; actual earnings vary based on individual output and service department repair order volumes.
