Job summary

Performance Collision Brampton is seeking a Flat Rate Detailer to join our high-volume shop. The role focuses on preparing vehicles for delivery and detailing interiors and exteriors, with additional protection services available.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering a flat hourly rate of $21.00 and potential annual earnings of $40,000–$60,000, depending on output and productivity. Join a growth-focused team at Performance Auto Group in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year automotive detailer experience.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Team oriented, adaptable and positive attitude.
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must have non-skid/safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Detail the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
• Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection and fabric protection.
• Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required.
• Maintain the detailing equipment.
• Organize and prepare rental vehicles.
• Treat every vehicle as if it were your own.
• Other duties as assigned by the Detail Operations Manager.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected flat hourly rate): $21.00 per hour

Expected annual earnings: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on historical earnings at this location and typical productivity; actual earnings vary based on individual output and service department repair order volumes.
