Job summary

The Driving Force Group of Companies is seeking a Detailer/Driver to join our Rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in Saskatoon. A valid Class 5 license, strong problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset are required.

You will deliver and pick up vehicles, fuel with company cards, perform inspections, and maintain vehicle readiness. A high school diploma and security clearances are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Abstract acceptable to Driving Force Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
• Clear pre-employment security clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to the company's driver policies and procedures.
• Fuel company vehicles using company-issued fuel cards and submit receipts in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate vehicles safely and courteously, including not exceeding posted speed limits.
• Always maintain a professional representation of the company.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles, including securing any loose items.
• Complete thorough and accurate vehicle trip inspections.
• Fill out customer delivery condition reports, utilizing Inspect when necessary. Complete necessary quality control checklists to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Interact with vendors and customers as needed.
• Maintain the general upkeep, organization, and cleanliness of the lot.
• Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet The Driving Force Group of Companies' high-quality standards.

What You Bring:

• A valid and current Class 5 Driver's License
• Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

• Clear pre-employment security clearance.
• Completion of high school or equivalent.
