Desktop Support Technician (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Edmonton, AB
Overview:
The Desktop Support Technician will serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, providing day-to-day support and administration of user workstations and related systems, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Information Systems, the Desktop Support Technician is responsible for supporting all components of ARTA’s IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user workstations and related systems.
