Job Overview

Applied Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently seeking a French bilingual Associate Support Technician to join our support team. In this role, you will assist customers with questions or issues related to software, hardware, or other products, providing friendly and efficient service via phone, chat, and email.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, documenting issues thoroughly
  • Provide professional, courteous, and effective support to resolve problems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support levels when necessary

What You’ll Need To Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office
  • Is fluently bilingual in French

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with technology and Microsoft applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Additionally, you may have:

  • Experience in a real-time customer support environment, especially supporting B2B services or technology
  • A passion for problem-solving and customer care
  • Familiarity with technology applications, networks, hardware, and operating systems
  • Experience with case management systems like Salesforce, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.
  • Ability to manage technical projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
