Qualifications

• Senior years of End User Computing and Desktop Support experience.
• Strong expertise supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, RDS and VDI environments.
• Knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP basics and printing services.
• Experience with ITSM tools and service transition processes.
