Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional to manage Windows and Mac endpoints, printers, and network services. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional support while maintaining asset inventories and ensuring secure end-of-life disposal.

Responsibilities include imaging, SCCM-based deployment, server hardening, patching, and effective communication with colleagues and users across the organization.

• Experience with IT asset inventory and proper disposal.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and endpoint IT support for Windows and Mac users.
• Install and configure printers, software, and network services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex IT issues.
• Maintain hardware assets inventory and secure disposal of obsolete equipment.
• Apply server hardening, imaging, and patching processes.

Job Description :-

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, including installation and configuration.
• Familiarity with printers, networks, and network printer installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using IT support, system support, hardware troubleshooting, desktop support, Windows installation, printer troubleshooting, network support, hardware support, network printer installation, outlook configuration, and IT services tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain inventory of hardware assets and ensure proper disposal of obsolete equipment.
• SCCM , Imaging and Server hardening and Patching Vulnerability

Salary Range :- 80K-100K CAD/YEAR
