Job summary

Houle Electric Canada in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a 1-year temporary fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for employees needing IT assistance and will support a range of enterprise applications.

You will set up and maintain equipment, create user accounts, train staff on new technologies, and contribute to an internal knowledge base while managing onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical helpdesk environment.
• Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms.

About this role

This is a 1-year Temporary Fixed Term Contract based in Burnaby.

The Desktop Support Analyst is a key member of the helpdesk team, the first point of contact for employees when they are looking for IT support.

Houle enterprise applications include JDE Enterprise One, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint, Procore, and NetHelpdesk software.

Your responsibilities
