Saskatchewan Polytechnic Prince Albert Campus is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide frontline IT support for end users and academic labs. Reporting to the Endpoint Compute & Desktop Services Manager, under the mentorship of the Team Lead, the Desktop Support Analyst role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s end-user computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all end-user devices and equipment and academic labs to ensure optimal workstation performance.
