Soucy Group is seeking a Designer to join the product development and design team. You will contribute to creating and optimizing motorsport products, focusing on detailed design, technical validation, and testing.

The role requires hands-on experience and collaboration with engineers, prototypists, and other departments. The position blends creativity with technical rigor to deliver functional solutions aligned with real-world usage and manufacturing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design various products in accordance with technical requirements, applicable standards, and project constraints
• Perform the necessary calculations, including tolerance chains and material strength concepts
• Propose and develop technical solutions to resolve design challenges
• Work closely with prototypists on the assembly, installation, and integration of products into various vehicles
• Participate in the development of test plans
• Conduct tests and trials on prototypes and pre-production samples
• Contribute to the design adjustments required following testing and validation

Job description

As part of the product development and design team, the Designer plays an active role in creating and optimizing products for motorsports. The Designer is primarily involved in the detailed design, technical validation, and testing phases, working closely with engineers, prototypists, and other relevant departments.
