• Lead product design and development activities for global automotive platforms.
• Collaborate with OEM engineering and product development teams to integrate and optimize product designs.
• Drive design reviews, manufacturing feasibility assessments, and product validation activities.
• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, benchmarking, and patent reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, program management, manufacturing, quality, and external suppliers.
