Job summary

Whole Health Pharmacy in Welland, Ontario is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager (Designated Manager) to lead our new community pharmacy inside a medical building. This hands-on leadership role focuses on establishing operations, clinical services, and growth through community partnerships.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, deliver vaccines, provide medication counselling, grow prescription volume, and build referral relationships with physicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Eligible and willing to serve as Designated Manager.
• Authorization to administer injections/immunizations in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations, staff, and workflow as Designated Manager.
• Provide pharmaceutical care, medication counselling, and clinical consultations.
• Administer vaccines and develop chronic disease management programs.
• Grow prescription volume and professional services through physician outreach.
