Job summary

Brookfield Residential in Toronto, Ontario, seeks a Design Studio Operations Lead for an 18-month contract to oversee homeowner selections end-to-end and coordinate with Contracts, Purchasing and Architecture teams.

You will maintain DSM-related systems, manage shelves and samples, and ensure timely documentation and purchase orders while delivering a superb customer experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential construction finishes, products and Décor trends.
• Solid understanding of design studio selections process and operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage both homeowner facing décor activities and back office duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end homeowner selections process, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
• Ensure all homeowner selections completion is aligned with operations timelines.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation including floor plans, templates, and product information sheets.
• Execute end-to-end process of custom options with collaboration across Contracts/Purchasing and Architecture teams.
• Manage Spec Lot Selections, budget, inclusions and timeframes with Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain studio samples and displays; work with trade partners to reflect current offerings.
• Input appliances orders in the Whirlpool Portal; issue Base and Options POs on schedule.
• Provide contracts administration support for setting up and maintaining contracts in Docusign.
