• Experience with residential construction finishes and décor trends.
• Knowledge of design studio selections processes and operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with homeowners, trades, suppliers and management.
• Proficient in Newstar, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end homeowner selection process with focus on a positive customer experience.
• Ensure homeowner selections align with operations timelines.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including floor plans and product sheets.
• Oversee custom options process: costing, drawings, system execution with contracts/purchasing and architecture teams.
• Manage Spec Lot Selections: budget, inclusions, timeframe with Sales/Marketing.
• Maintain studio samples and displays.
• Collaborate with trade partners to reflect current offerings and trends.
• Forecast trade options and material reselections; monitor sales performance.
• Lead homeowner selection appointments with proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Maintain DSM, DSM Configurator, NSE Product Library, and related reports.
• Create and maintain new models, options, and option packages.
• Input appliance orders in Whirlpool Portal and issue Base/Options POs.
• Provide contracts administration support (DocuSign).
